Privacy Policy
Last updated July 31, 2026
This policy explains what Kash Marketplace (operated by Nellis Liquidation LLC) collects, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what it takes to run a marketplace, your payment card and bank details go to Stripe rather than to us, and we do not sell your personal information.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store the password itself. If you enable two factor authentication, we store the secret needed to verify your codes.
- Listings and orders. The items you list, photos you upload, offers, orders, invoices, and reviews. Listing photos are stored on a content delivery network and are publicly reachable by their web address, so do not include anything in a photo you would not show a stranger.
- Messages. Conversations between buyers and sellers on Kash. An automated filter redacts contact details for safety. When the filter removes something, we keep a copy of the original message, including the removed details, for moderation review and enforcement, and flagged messages may be reviewed by our team.
- Addresses you save. Addresses stored in your account settings stay in your account; they are not currently attached to orders or shared with sellers. Delivery arrangements happen in Kash messages.
- Security records. Sign in history, including IP address, browser information, time, and whether the attempt succeeded. Failed attempts are recorded too, which is how we lock out password guessing. Sensitive actions land in an audit log.
- Usage analytics. Our own first party tracker records the pages you view and in what order, the referring site, a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, a session identifier, your approximate country derived from IP, device type, browser, operating system, and screen size. It honors your browser's Do Not Track setting, and we do not run third party analytics trackers.
- Site chat. Messages you type into the chat widget on our sites, kept so our assistant and our team can reply. An AI assistant answers first; a person may join the conversation.
- Support and account notes. Our team keeps internal notes on support conversations and accounts so we can give consistent help.
What we deliberately do not collect
- Card numbers. Checkout happens on Stripe's payment pages. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch Kash servers.
- Payout identity and bank details. Sellers set up payouts on Stripe hosted onboarding. Government ID numbers, dates of birth, and bank account details go directly to Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy. Kash receives only status flags, such as whether payouts are enabled.
Who information is shared with
- The other side of your transaction. Sellers see the buyer's name on their orders, and buyers see the seller's store name and profile. Anything else, such as a delivery address, is what you choose to share in messages.
- Service providers. Stripe processes payments and payouts. Our hosting and database providers store the platform data described above. An email provider delivers order and account emails.
- Google ads. Some pages show ads served by Google AdSense. Google may set advertising cookies in your browser; you can manage this at Google's ad settings. We do not hand Google your account details.
- Legal requirements. We disclose information when the law requires it or to protect Kash and its users from fraud or abuse.
We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and similar storage
Kash sets only the first party cookies needed to sign you in securely, a session cookie plus sign in protection cookies, and the analytics tracker stores a random identifier in your browser's local storage. None of it is shared with advertisers. The advertising cookies described above come from Google on pages where ads appear.
How long we keep things
Account data is kept while your account is active. Order and invoice records are kept as business records after an account closes. Security and audit logs are retained to investigate abuse. To close your account and request deletion of the rest, email hello@kashmp.com from your account email.
Your choices
- Edit your profile any time.
- Enable two factor authentication in Security settings.
- Ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, at hello@kashmp.com.
Age
Kash is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes materially we will update the date above and give notice in the app. See also our Terms of Service and Refund and Return Policy.
